You will have an initial conversation with someone on our Stork Baby team.
The IVF clinic requires a psychological evaluation for you and your significant other.
We do intensive screening and interviews with the surrogate and choose the best fit for your family, then we will arrange for a psychological evaluation for the surrogate, which the IVF clinic also requires.
Once the screening process is complete and the surrogate’s psychological evaluation is done, Stork Baby will match you with the surrogate, and you will have an initial Zoom meeting with her and your Stork Baby representative.
Once the legal process is complete, the surrogate will move onto the medical part of the surrogacy, which may entail birth control pills and also shots that will prepare her body for pregnancy. The embryo transfer itself is a quick procedure that is done in the IVF clinic. Ten days or so after the transfer, you will find out if your surrogate is pregnant.
What does it cost?
* Doesn’t include legal fees paid directly to attorney or fees charged by your IVF clinic; doesn’t include an egg donor fee or a multiple fee if your surrogate carries more than one baby. Each case is unique so cost may vary depending on individual client’s needs.
